I'm sure the game is great but I couldn't get very far. The candle kept going out and I'd get reset if I moved even slightly too quickly. It would be a cool mechanic but both the candle and the controls are way too sensitive. It was very frustrating to play. I didn't even get into the building.
This game has a very high sensibility so is very hard to play it and is very baffling; you dont know what you should do, why you die...
true the sensitivity is high you got that right
It's definitely unique but the flame going out when you move too quick makes the game a bit tedious, other than that it was really great and had a very strange and spooky atmosphere.
The player moves too slow...

The game is very interesting as it makes you care alot about your candle and what the npc is saying. I only wish that turning around didn't put out your candle so quickly.

I am an insanely big fan of this game. No idea whats going on at any point. Love it.
I have no idea what to do in this game :) i keep being respawned when trying to light my candle? i dont know.
Sorry about that, you might’ve hit a bug (or a balancing issue we are currently trying to fix). Can you actually light the candle up? Or do you respawn immediately after going through bonfire? What platform is this?
I think I can light it up, but i respawn after i hit the fire, and spawn different places too sometimes. Im on windows

You have to extract the .zip and then run the unity file titled "vela". It should have its own image on the icon.
